Its mid-season, there is a game scheduled for 6:30. You have just gotten off work and wont be home for another hour but the rest of your team is home and ready to play. What would you do in this situation?

There is a disgruntled player that is using foul language in the general league chat. You witness it, what steps do you take to diffuse the situation and discipline the player?
